Zahara! Live in San Francisco
Zahara! performs at one of San Francisco's best music venues, the historic Swedish American Hall, Friday, October 21st. A dynamic exploration of the links between Flamenco and Moroccan music and dance, Zahara is a journey into the heart of 'el Andalus' that combines the passion and power of Flamenco with the richness of Moroccan traditions. Featuring a cast of international artists, Zahara has enchanted audiences since its first presentation in 2010. With Gypsy Flamenco singer Kina Mendez, the Moroccan musicians of El Hamideen, Eliyahu Sills, Gopal Slavonic and Artistic Director Kerensa DeMars.
